Sudha Habitat was Founded by Mr. Prasad K R
M/S Sudha Habitat took its first infant steps as Sudha Habitat Consultancy that had consultation and evaluation of the properties as its main objective of business.

2011
Expansion in the organisation
In the year 2011, ‘Sudha Habitat Consultancy’ was restructured as ‘Sudha Habitat Constructions’ with construction, interior design and development of infrastructure as its main area of operation.

Privatization of Organization
The cornerstone for ‘Sudha Habitat Private Limited’ was laid by Mr. Prasad, who is now the Managing Director of the company.
2015
Started operation in Mysore
